The Streetly School, an 11 – 18 Sports College in the heart of the community.

Study Centre specialises in private tuition for children between the ages of 5 and 16. Based in Streetly Community Centre, Study Centre is easily accessed from Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Aldridge, Birmingham and Lichfield. We are not an agency, Study Centre is founded by Victoria Baird, a passionate, experienced and highly regarded teaching professional.
Group tutoring, is delivered with no more than 6 children to one member of staff. Study Centre individually tailors tuition to your child’s needs, whilst the group approach allows us to keep fees as low as £50/month. Individual tutoring is available on request.
We run specific tutoring sessions for GCSE maths and 11+ examination preparation. Numeracy and Literacy classes are held for 5-8 year olds and 8-11 year olds. These sessions are also individually tailored to suit the needs and ability of each child.

Age equivalent levels to work towards, with rewards given to those children who make accelerated learning.
We have recently introduced Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) Theory Grade 5 sessions – ideal for GCSE music students and all musicians. Tutoring takes place in Walsall by Margaret Toon, who has tutored at the Birmingham Conservatoire of Music and has a 100% music GCSE pass rate.
