Disarm Goliath are quite simply a hard hitting, balls to the wall HEAVY METAL band. Hailing from the 'Black Country' in the Midlands (England-UK) Disarm Goliath is the brainchild of Vocalist/Bassist Steve Surch. Steve soon recruited the drumming talents of Karl Wade and more recently the young talents of Steve Beville. The band released their debut album 'Only The Devil Can Stop US' through their own label Godz Of Metal Records. So far in the UK alone the CD has sold over 1000 copies. They have played countless gig's up and down the country, received great reviews in over 40 rock and metal magazines in 16 different countries, appeared on Sky TV and are now played regularly on Kerrang Radio. Disarm Goliath also have two mini tours of the USA under their belts, Southern California in 2003 (with one of the show's being at the famous 'Whiskey A Go Go' on Hollywood's Sunset Strip) and in the Summer of 2004 they played show's along the East Coast which climaxed with an appearance at the 'METAL MIND RAGE 3 FESTIVAL' In Baltimore, Maryland, USA. DISARM GOLIATH HAVE ACHIEVED ALL THIS WITHOUT MAJOR RECORD COMPANY SUPPORT. Influenced by some of Metal's greatest bands (Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Metallica and Judas Priest, to name but a few) Disarm Goliath realize that as great as these bands are.... they can't go on forever and soon a new band will be called upon to lead the metal assault. YOU CAN BE SURE that the boys will be more than ready to pick up the torch and take up the fight.
